For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Unlike a hotel, though, we ask that our GuestHouse be kept tidy and in good condition.  Any damages to linens, decor, furniture, and fixtures or trash strewn about will be charged after checkout.  Accidents happen! If an incident does occur, we are appreciative if our management team could be notified prior to checkout.
